Great service! Gaurang was scheduled to arrive at 11, but was delayed on another job (which happens) and sent a timely email saying that he would be later. Once he arrived, he was very efficient and clean, and provided useful advice on good chimney maintenance. Nice guy, and we also talked about Nepal, where I trekked a million years ago and he visits every year.

I experienced the usual great service & workmanship from Guarang. I highly recommend him.

Job well done, on time and explanations for why regulations were in place were clear and logical.
